Personal Training is all about finding someone who you can connect with, that will be there to make your journey possible: helping you with motivation, accountability and providing the tools you need to get to where you want to.
A good Personal Trainer will be committed to your goals as much as you are - they will be there on your life changing journey, see your progress week after week and put all of their knowledge into a bespoke program to bring the best results possible.
As someone who has been working in the Fitness industry for almost a decade, I get to see a lot of different clients with different body shapes, different habits and different struggles, and get to learn a lot along the way.
I create bespoke training programs based on your body type, lifestyle, diet and add in any posture adjustments that we might need to do in order to get you to your goal while getting better all around along the way.
WHAT KIND OF TRAINING DO YOU DO?
As a Personal Trainer, my job is to tailor my work to your goals. Want to lose weight? Sure, we will work on that. Want to build muscle? Sure, we can work on that too. As someone who loves both cardio and weight lifting, as well as flexibility and mobility work, I adapt my training according to what works with YOUR goals and YOUR body. I have trained clients who wanted to get rid of back or knee pain, clients who didn't know how to reach their goals due to limiting injuries, clients who were just getting started on their fitness journey and needed some guidance and support, pre and postpartum women, clients who wanted to practice for a specific competition and of course, the most usual goals of losing weight (or just fat), building muscle, becoming more flexible, increasing posture or technique, eating better, becoming healthier and more active.

With 1-1 Personal Training, you will see me in person every single session. It is, for most, the best way to stay motivated as we typically appreciate interacting with people in person as opposed to seeing them through a screen.
This allows me to help you out with spotting (lifting the weights for you when needed) and paying attention to detail when it comes to performing exercises.
